We are cleaning and painting the warehouse in preperation for the LS4 production this fall. We also need to raise money to complete the LS4 project without any delays.

So... It's time for auctions! We are auctioning old and new parts. There will be collectibles from Arc history, obsolete parts and new parts that can be used on your current flashlights.

Some items will have multiple auctions you can get into while other items will only be available once and then gone forever.

The auctions will be conducted on Ebay. I will post here with a link to the first round of auctions.

These auctions are open to dealers, collectors, individuals, etc. All items are sold AS-IS unless specifically stated otherwise.

Click HERE to see all the current auctions.

Stay tuned...

OK! Here's auction #1:

50 P-123 twist Packs in various conditions

The winning bid will be shipped 50 P-123 packs for the Arc-LS. These are in various states (plated, not plated, chemkoted, not chemkoted, o-ring, no o-ring, blemished, no blemishes).

This auction will last for 3-days. This item will be offered again in the future.

This auction is open to everyone including dealers. You may also buy this item and resell here on the CPF (recommended).

Auction #2:

2 Arc-LS rev1 unpopulated PCB panels

Rev1PCB.jpg

rev1PCBb.jpg

If you add parts to these board, they should work. They are in good condition. These boards are double-sided with a battery contact area on the reverse.

This auction will last for 3-days. This is all we have of this item. Once it is gone, it is gone.

These PCB panels are prototype panels. That is why they are clad in tin instead of gold. We pulled just a few out to test and then reordered them in gold once we were satisfied they would work.

This auction is open to everyone including dealers. You may also buy this item and resell here on the CPF (recommended).

Peter,

All is okay. If someone makes two bids (changes his mind about the amount and ups the bid), the price does not advance because he's bidding against himself. I've seen this before.

Specific bids by username will not appear until the auction is over, eh!

I think on the proxy bid...if the current bidder increased his max amount...someone is going to have to bid over that to show an increase, yes?

Peter, any chance of a few "found Grey Kits" going up for sale?

There's just got to be some in a corner, under a box, with some rags, or old parts boxes on top of them just waiting discovery????

Always dreaming!!

Sigman,

No, another bidder need only bid more than the first bid. Let's say the first bidder bid $50 and then bid $70 later. If someone new came along and bid $60, that bid would be registered. Further, the first bidder's $70 would cause a proxy bid to be entered for the minimum increment over $60. So, it would now show the first bidder winning with an amount of $61 showing.

Here's the next item!

65 mostly populated rev1 PCBs

This is the PCB for the rev1 Arc-LS. Most have parts on them but some are missing some of the parts. A few that I tested lit up but these are sold "AS IS". These have a good cobolt gold plating.

This should be all we have of this item.

could you post the layout/schematics/part list for these boards? or at least give the winning bidder the layout? kind of useless without knowing the parts and where they go.

The winning bidder can request them. You have to pay to see. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Next item!

1200 bolts for anodizing fixtures

Most of these bolts are unused but were intended as part of an anodizing fixture for the rev1 Arc-LS.

This is all we have of this item.

Btw, the picture above shows our new floor we had installed. It covers the concrete and keeps the dust down for our optics.

Bag of 100 greenish LXHL-BW01 luxeon star LEDs

We were unable to return these because they had been removed from the reel. They all should work, there are over a 100 LEDs in the bag. They came from reels that had M+ flux and 3,4 tint but we didn't find out until they were on the boards that the reel marking was wrong. These were then desoldered from the board.

We may find more of these (I think I remember another bag somewhere) but this also may be the last bag offered.

Btw, I forgot to mention that the PCB panels are prototype panels. That is why they are clad in tin instead of gold. We pulled just a few out to test and then reordered them in gold. I will add this to the notes for that item.
