My Nitecore D10 R2 has got rings like Saturn. Since it's a compact EDC, I don't mind things a little more floody. Does anybody know of a third party reflector I can purchase?

My D10 is a little ringy, but not really noticeable unless white wall hunting. Which emitter is it?

Is that an actual beamshot? :nana:

Many apologies. I left out the detail. It's a R2 version.

Aside from the hues, it's actually quite close to the D10 R2.

If you don't mind losing just a touch of output, you could swap the LED for an SSC P4. The biggest benefit of the SSC? You guessed it! It's the smooth beam :D

Just sputter the reflector or buy a lens with LDF on it from flashlightlens.com! The lens will take you into near all flood territory though.

based on my experience some D10 R2's are ringy-er then others. it was suggested by someone on the forum that unscrewing the driver in the head a little bit would smooth out the beam. i didn't try the suggestion so don't know if it that's true or not.
