My roommate here at college knows I collect/mess around with flashlights. Almost all the time I've got batteries on charge or I'm using them (I do a lot of walking at night).
Yesterday we had to get groceries, so I decide to go in a Tractor Supply and look for a spotlight. I remember saying "If I find an HID, I don't care how much it is, I'm getting it..."
He took a psychology course last semester (his one course to my 7, lol) so I can always tell when he's trying to "analyze" or "interpret" me. He gets this real serious Freudian look on his face and says "Uhm...so how old were you when you seen your first flashlight?"
I never miss a beat in saying "Well, I remember I was being held upside-down, right after I got into my first fight..." (referring to if the nurse shined a light into my face after I got spanked at birth).
Needless to say, that ended his "analyzation" of me, lol. I just thought I'd share.
