Can anyone advise whether Glowinc is still trading. I made an order and paid for it on 28/3/10 and have not had any response to my emails or any advice as to whether the order has shipped etc. I just get an automated response telling me to look on glowforum.com for a solution but when I go to that site I get a message that my IP address has been banned. How can it be, I have never been there before!!! If anyone can advise I would appreciate. Looking like I have done my dough!:thumbsdow

I've ordered from GlowInc a couple of times, including a lost package once during the christmas/new year period (which they promptly resent the package after i alerted them about a non arrival after 30 days).
You might want to try emailing them again and check if their response went into your spam mail.
