Any help to a newcomer (err, a returning CFP'er last on in 2004, and having lost my pw & id--I'm a newbie again) will be appreciated.

How bright does this light run on maximum.

As I recall, and I may be wrong, my Br. Bulk's Lion-Heart produced just under or close to 3,000 lux on high. Does this one come close to those numbers?

Sorry I can't recall reading reviews with brightness measurements.

It is plenty bright for a single AA light. Run it with 3.7v 14500 and it will be very bright.
