Okay, my terralux tle-300m-ex has just arrived in it's box in a bubble-wrapped envelope and put it in my stock 6D that I was planning to change to a 7C with NiMh's. It all fits but then I noticed when I looked at the beam (shone the torch closely at a table) One of the LEDs was far brighter then the other two, this is the same in all the modes not just full, I was very dissapointed and I am wondering if anyone knows what caused this, I would upload pictures but I do not know how (might opt for a YouTube video).
What can I do to get it replaced if there is no solution, do I contact terra-LUX or do I contact the seller on ebay?

I have tried it with my 2D (6xNiMh) and it is slightly better (could this be to do with battery charge?) and I tried it with some near-dead alkelines and noticed a bright bulb, medium bulb and dimmer bulb, this could be because of the battery charge? Also the bulb and optic opposite the "TERRALUX" brand are lose how can I fix this?
