Brinkmann Nexstar - 1st attempt

I finally got a nexstar 2C and wondered what I could do with it. I am aware of the mods that Mr. Bulk has done, and like them, but I am curious to find out what my options are, and if anyone makes drop-in stuff for them. Thanks in advance
P.S. this is my first "bought it to mod it" expierience, so please excuse my ineptitude - I'm learning /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'd try a 5W HD in there, seems to put out a better beam than the SE I originally used (which were the only 5W's available at the time).

I thought I would get a reply from you Mr. Bulk. On a difficulty scale of 1-10 ( 1 being, changing a bulb and 10 being, designing your own circuitry) where would you place the 5 watt mod? I guess to run 3 123 cells you just need a C cell to 123 cell adaptor, and I could handle making that. Doing the "surgery" though, may require a bit more skill than I posess, I really do not want to mess up a 5 watt on my first attempt at true modding. Thanx
