My Preon II started behaving erratically recently, not turning on sometimes and sometimes jumping levels. So, I tried to tighten, then loosen, then remove the pill. I was successful at turning part of it with a tweezers, but I think I broke off a wire as the entire pill doesn't come out, only the bottom piece. Now it definitely doesn't work at all. Any suggestions before I email 4 Sevens and probably have to send it in? It certainly looks like it wasn't meant for twisting out. However, there are these two small holes that perfectly fit my tweezers. I suspect that the pill may have been potted and not meant for twisting? Anyone know something about the head of the Preon and have a suggestion?
