I love the lights, and I admit I didn't do enough research when I bought my RA high CRI. Had I, I probably wouldn't have bought it.
I was used to the Novatac UI, when it's on high, it's on high and nothing changes this!
I hoped the new lights were like this, but with use and research, I've found I was wrong. I've read the posts and you say we can't re-flash as the old may not like the new. But I for one am unhappy about this!
I bought the light wanting 100 lumens, to remain 100 lumens! If I wanted 70 to save battery life I would program accordingly! That was one of the reasons I've liked your work so much, options abound!
Can we send these back to you to have this upgraded, for a fee of course? I doubt I'm the only user less than pleased about this, so please, give us some options!
