well you know the case...Part B dries out....

Now it is cheap but those that have to buy it from abroad it is too long when you need it NOW!

what I tried is mixing AA Part A with regular epoxy glue Part B.....well it works, sticks and the texture gummy is like ultra-thick bubble gum almost gone dry

The question is what are the expected thermal properties? Bertter or worse than the AA thermal paste & 2part epoxy 50-50 mix?

When my part B dried up I mixed part A with Devcon (both parts) and used it to thermally pot a drop in, I never tried it to glue down LED boards or anything.
The drop in I potted with it is a 2.8A XM-L and it works very well for this use. I tried the drop in without potting it first and it would overheat but runs solid now that it's potted.

If I'm not mistaken, most if not all of the thermal transfer material is in Part A. Assuming that Part B is just a hardener/reactant, I'll bet your concoction is not much worse (thermally) than regular AA epoxy.
