It looks like you can get them from Shiningbeam. The older version, the ROHS-105, is available at Illumination Supply. The difference being that the 106 is fixed to three modes while the 105 has the stars that you bridge to select different mode sets.

I think the last one I received from KD was a 106A. Could have been a 105A or C I am not for certain. Item #10995. Bryan at shiningbeam I think also has the 106A. He is in the US. You could email him to be sure. You may also have a look at lightmalls item #M0110 and M0123. My last order was from them and I am pleased with the price and product. It just takes about 10 days to get them.

Your Manafont light choice is eye appealing but lends it self to mod problems over common varieties. Is it a C8 variant?
I am confused? Do you want 2800ma driver for the XP-E cuz it way over spec. I recommended the P60 style because of ease and parts availability. I do my own machining so this gives me an edge.
The main china connections for parts are Kaidomain and Dealextreme. Hong Kong is Manafont. KD and DX have more components but can be slow to ship. Manafont has a better faster shipping record across the board.
The 2800ma KD link w/discount for 3+ for 105c is
http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=10995
or 5+
http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=11088
If you can get by with single mode driver @ 1400ma and the can chained for more ma or 7135 can be removed for less ma. I recommend
