C310 based 2W LED circuit for 5V operating voltages

Dear Friends,
I am trying hard to understand ZXSC310 datasheet but upto now i have no luck. I am trying to make a boost converter.

VIN = 5.0V
LED test current = 350mA
LED Max current = 400mA
LED Forward Voltage = 3.7V
No of leds in series = 2
External Switch = FMMT618
Diode = ZHCS2000 (Imax=2A, VFD=0.4V)

The calculation shown in datasheet are confusing for me. Can someone guide me
1. how do i need to set the Sense resistor?
2. How do i choose Inductor? for value of inductance?
3. Is my boos converter scheme a right choice?
4. Or should i make another circuit? with another IC?
