Well I guess it was bound to happen, so one of my Chi-Com wonders quit working. I recently acquired an Ultrafire uf-h1b headlamp for mechanic, and general work. I happened to be using it to work on a PC when it quit. It had been running for roughly 20-30 minutes on the medium setting which was quite adequate btw. I was using a Surefire CR123 at the time of failure.
I tried a fresh Titanium Innovations (Battery Junction) cell and still no light. It really is a shame since it appears to be well built and was a bright light for such a small package....great work light!
I hate to just pitch the thing since its only a week old...took much linger to get here through Manafont.
Any troubleshooting guidance would be greatly appreciated. Oh I didn't see anything regarding a warranty, but I thought UF offered a lifetime warranty??
