ultra fire c3 yellow beam?

i just got a ultrafire c3 from ebay and i noticed how yellow the beam is , is this normal ?

Looks ok to me. Apparently you have a warm LED, probably in the range of 4000 Kelvin, what many of our members prefer. Read up on LED's, Kelvin temperature, and CRI here on CPF.

to me an acceptable warm beam is when the hotspot is white and the rest (corona, spill) is warmish. your photo shows that even the hotspot is warmish.

i dont like it :green:

OP would know if there was some white in the middle. Monitors aren't the best for color rendering.
