This has probably already been discussed, but I can't find it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Does anyone know the run-time of the Pelican M6 mod? Has Roy already done a graph? Mine is running a BB700.

What about the run-time of the KL4 on an E1e?
KL4 on E2e?

Chris,

I made a PM6 DB700 R2K mod.
Its NICE !!! You will love it.

Runtime? Just ask my program. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
LED Pro

Use about 80% as the efficiency, that seems to make it alittle more accurate.

Let me know if you have any trouble.

ok...I downloaded it but have no idea what values to put in. All I know is that it runs off (2) 3v 123's for a total of 6v, right?

I don't know the:
-desired LED current (mA)
-LED Vf Voltage
-Battery Input Voltage is 6.0, right?
-Battery mAh Capacity

Chris,

the LED mA is the mA rating of the converter.
In your case, 700mA

The battery capacity for 123 cells is about 1300 mAh
The LED Vf... refer to this page. BIN Codes Explained

The average 1W LED is about 3.6 Vf.

Yes, the batt voltage would be about 6V for 2x123's.

But, the guy I got mine from said it is a BB700. Will the run-time be the same?

So, the calc program tells me I'll get about 1.36 Hours...Is that right? I was hoping for closer to 2...

ahhh, from that runtime, i take it you have a 5W mod.
Yea, thats probably about right.

BUT,,, thats continuous, it you use it alittle here and there, it will last alot longer.
