Introducing Ottavino Ti AAA. Ottavino Ti is a evolution version of Piccolo Ti. It is smaller and brighter. With XPG2 and reflector, Ottavino Ti is noticeably brighter than Piccolo. Beam of Ottavino Ti is tighter and with larger spill.

- AR Coated Glass Lens
- Beefy brass light engine for maximum heatsink
- Knurling on the head and body
- Split ring hole
- One 3x10mm tritium slot in the tail
- Tail-stand-able
- Tighten off, Loose on
- Dual stage output - 10mA(5 lumen) , 220mA (90 lumen) (low first, high next)
- 13.5mm x 64.7mm
- 0.9V~1.8V
- Alkaline, Ni-MH, primary AAA lithium
- No 10440 Li-ion
- Emitter Cree XPG2, Cool White(R5-1A) or Neutral White(R5-4U).

Operation
1. Install an AAA size battery into the body tube. ( + ) positive end toward the tail, and ( - ) negative end toward the led.
2. Fully tighten off.
3. Loose to turn on low.
4. Loose further to turn on high.

Tain does the 10280 have two split ring holes so it hangs plumb? The aaa one cannot ?

Looks to me from the picture that that is precisely the reason for the dual split rings. The AAA does not.

I have already asked if the bodies and heads can be swapped and they cannot. Basically, the 10280 head can't handle the current from a 10440 cell and the 10280 cell has too much voltage for the AAA head.

I'll take one Ottavino Ti AAA - XPG2, Twisty with blue trit. I think I want the neutral emiter R5-4U. Is there any appreciable loos in output though compared to the cool white?
