I wrote to OLIGHT in Huntington Beach California and explain how I lost my end cap to my M3X and the sent me a new one FREE OF CHARGE!!!!!!!

I Have two s15 batons, one for work & one for home. About a month ago the one at work stopped working ( probably because I had dropped it so many times). I emailed Olight about warranty repair and got a response the next day saying to send it back to them with a copy of the email. I sent it back a couple of days later. I figured it would be awhile before I saw it again. Imagine my surprise when one week later I got a brand new s15 in the mail. Wow. Thank you Olight.
