Mag lite 4 D led

I searched this and simply got confused . I have the new 2 pin LED bulb mag light 4 D cells.

I purchased a Terralux TLE-310M-EX this appears to be desighned for an incandesant bulb.
Maybe there is a way you remove the little white adaperter and the TLE-310M-EX could be used ?

What other EASY/ Newbie / drop in

mods are there to get more lumens ?

Just pop that white adapter out and it'll work just like the Maglites of old. Unscrew the retaining ring and you should be able to pull it out with your fingers. No tool necessary.
