Sorry for the late reply, the red beam has been removed and modded by vinh with a brighter cool white led.

i don't have any pm's. i asked if you have tracking since there's always confusion with my address but haven't heard from you since i paid on the 22nd. you stated you were going to ship the day you received payment, i got that. you later stated you were packing it up and going to ship, but that's the last i heard from you

Yes I apologize for not getting to the post office quicker, that's my fault. I still have the light and am willing to ship. The payment was cancelled approximately 3.5 days after you sent it, which is not nearly enough time for the light to arrive at your house given typical ground shipping times. The payment was charged back according to you because of: "Unauthorized Use of PayPal Account or Transaction Error". Was it an error or has someone compromised your account? Again, I apologize for the delay in shipping. I was intending to ship Saturday and did not realize the UPS closed at 1:00pm on a Saturday, I find that absurd. I'm not sure I am comfortable selling the item to you given the speed of the chargeback. My current paypal balance is zero and the money will be refunded to you. Thank You.

i would have left it alone if you had communicated that to me earlier. sorry for the confusion. i don't have a problem re-instating the transaction the correct way, but if you don't want to sell it to me, i can understand. Like i said before, i've been out of work for quite sometime, and the few dollars i have i sent to you.

I may be open to the transaction again, but please explain what this means in regard to the transaction:

"The buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder's knowledge or consent or transacted in error."

Has your account been hacked?

Also, in the future please do not send as a gift and cover the 4% fee as well.

no. you told me in your pm, if you don't mind me posting it here, that i paid you as a gift instead of for goods. i didn't realize i did that, and i don't want paypal getting on my tail about the transaction. that's the only problem i have with the transaction. if i can put you at ease, if you want to arrange with someone else you trust that's going to be at the photon fest in nj, i can send them the money, you can send them the light. i can send you the money, you can send them the light. or i can send you the money THE RIGHT WAY THIS TIME, and if there is a problem, it can be disputed thru paypal, whereas the other way i sent it to you, it can't. i'm sending you a pm with my personal info now
