It is the brightest LED flashlight I own, also the largest, using 3 C cells. CCrane sells them on E-Bay for about $35, but I don't see one right now. At e-bay just do a search on led flashlight I got a lot of my light on E-Bay. The CC Trek 7 is definitely bright. I have more info on this light at my site.
