Hey all, I went to thrunites website and saw the specs to the tn32 to find the max beam rating to be 727m. http://www.thrunite.com/thrunite-tn32-neutral-white/

I was under the impression of it being 900+m like it says in this review. http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb...-Thrower-quot-Review-RUNTIMES-BEAMSHOTS-VIDEO

this doesn't make sence considering the tn31 has a max beam of 820 or so

Also on their website it only has the tn32 listed as neutral white (with the option to change the led color). But has the tn32ut listed in cool white

Can someone tell me what's going on here? Thanks

I see 876m and 191k CD noted in the table in selfbuilt's review.
I believe he reviewed the CW version. The NW counterpart should have slightly lower output and lower CD and throw distance.
Thrunite might have revised their advertised specs since, to under-promise and over-deliver. Good for the buyer. :)

Thrunite stuffed their specs on this one, but when u get one in your hand and try it for the first time on turbo = yea ha!

They list it as 240kcd and 727 metres which is incorrect- 240kcd =980 metres ansi.

As scs pointed out Selfbuilt tested the true output of the cool white one at 191kcd and 876m after 30 secs. I measure mine at 196kcd after 30 secs.

The NW will have slightly less output and throw.

Any combo[UT NW CW] in this light is going to be impressive, i really value mine for defined intense clean spot and spill with mega lumens.
