In reply to your first question, Yes, do a search for "z57 fix" you should find a wealth of info about fixing your clickie.

The first shipments were all missing gaskets in the head assembly (in the head itself -- not just at the head/body thread) and they leaked pretty good.
If it wasn't a recent purchase directly from a dealer you should probably check this.
Do a search for L4 gaskets for details.
The gaskets were available free from SureFire.

Thank You. I figured the L4 was "water resistant", I never figured it would run for an hour in 2 feet of water.
