So, this coming Tuesday is my little brother's 32nd birthday, and I want to buy him a nice light. My budget is anywhere from $70-$100. From talking to him recently I've found out "throwers" are his favorite, and he wants a light that is 1 x 18650 or possibly 1 x 26650, but no bigger. He mentioned he really likes the Klarus XT11GT because of its super high 2,000 lumens, but I think he would like a light that may have a little less lumens but throws farther. Do you guys have any recommendations? Like a 1 x 18650 that is around 1500 lumens and throws 700-800 meters would be PERFECT!! Is their such a thing? I haven't found one so far, but I haven't kept up with the new lights that have come out the past 6 months or so so I'm sure their are a lot I don't know about. Thank you in advance!

I looked all last night and that was one of the 4 or 5 I wrote down. a couple others I found were the Nitecore P30 and MH27. I also found the brother to the Klarus XT11GT-the XT12GT which is near identical besides a bigger head, but is more of a thrower with 1600 lumens & 603 meter throw. I think this one is my favorite, but I didn't really want to spend this much so I am probably going with the Manker U21. Thanks for posting Poppy...much appreciated.
