Help identify a light

Hi
I need the expert help here to identify a light, I came across this picture (by total accident), the top light is a SUNWAYMAN V10R, but there is no info about the light on the bottom (which I find gorgeous). Anyone know which it is?

....500 pieces limited edition from 6 years ago.....I think I'm late to the party....what a pity, that is one of the best looking lights I saw :sigh:
....and there was a TCR1 too, also good looking and smaller....unfortunately late for that too....:sigh:

Thank you, unfortunately all sold.
Don't know how much these lights were when they came out, but I'm not sure I'm prepared to spend $200 on a second hand light....the TCR1 on the other hand for $120 shipped, that's already more appealing :grin2:
