This is a high capacity AA sized LiIon cell that can handle a decent amount of current.

The two cells tracks nicely, except when overloaded. They handle up to about 5A (Rating is 3A).

Conclusion

This cell has good capacity and can deliver a fair amount of current.

I just received a 14500 Vapecell withe the same specs @ 3amps and 1000mah we'll see how they perform.
I've got an Olight S1A calling out for one!
Is it the same bare cell?

Useful battery results, THANKS SKV89!
Another good 14500 battery can be found in HKJ's testing. The Efest IMR14500 650MAH (Purple) 2017 beat the Windyfire IMR14500 600mAh (Red), which was in your test group, by a small margin on capacity while performing a bit less at the start. HKJ"s chart is attached, and his test data can be found here, https://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/Efest IMR14500 650mAh (Purple) 2017 UK.html

MAD777, that Efest cell looks like a great cell too. But if you already have a Shockli 14500 1000mah and wanted another cell for the highest possible output to impress people, the Windyfire is still the best. It is the high current applications where the Windyfire shines. If you look at the 7A discharge curve, the Efest makes a noticeable difference.

BTW, not sure why the moderator deleted my previous post without sending me a PM to explain what I did wrong. That post included a lot of test results that I'm sure many members here would find useful. I will attempt to repost it. CPF moderators, if you're going to delete it again, please send me a PM or post here to let me know what I did wrong for future reference.

Shockli is having difficulty creating an account here so asked me to help them post this

Shilling" is not an acceptable practice in any CPF forum. For the purposes of this policy, a "shill" is defined as "a person who poses as a customer in order to decoy others into participating and/or one who publicizes or praises something or someone for reasons of self-interest or personal profit,". Anyone identified by the CPF administration to be acting as a shill risks losing all posting privileges on any and/or all CPF forums. Anyone found to be soliciting or otherwise encouraging shilling whether in open forums, by use of the private message system or email will also risk losing posting privileges on any and/or all CPF forums.

I'm reposting my results here separately in case the above post violated CPF rules and gets deleted again.

Deleted Again. The shilling and absolute insistence to ignore rules and advice will limit your participation for the next month. We'll look forward to your return with a renewed respect. - Admin

Considered shilling / advertising and removed.

Your multiple commercial posts in the discussion forums were referred to Admin.

Staff is all volunteer here, so they had not yet had time to PM you, and clean up all of the posts.

If the same posts keep getting removed, consider it a clue to not keep spamming them, and expect a message within a day or so.

Thank you.

Just a total ignorant moderator, WTF?

You should help Shockli to make an account and not ban a member that post unbiased reviews that wants to help
Commercial or even normal people who want to sell stuff here have to pay you anyways, so does this violate your interest?

probably related to this

Do not whine or complain about the rules and do not abuse the moderators or administrators for enforcing the rules.

You should ... not ban a member ...

The banning of others is not a topic for discussion anywhere on CPF.... As a rule, bannings do not concern the rest of the board.... Also remember that there are always two sides to every story and there's a very good chance that you really don't know both of them.

No public discussion of moderation or banning please

Good.

I can imagine the meltdown elsewhere this will cause. Perhaps they can get together there and create yet another cheap light with shitty features and buggy programming to help their fee-fees.

Man, I love that rules are enforced here and the sanity that brings.

Rasher -- The elsewhere you speak of has advanced flashlights tremendously ---most likely benifitted many of the lights you own ---

Since others have requested further clarification (privately, as is appreciated and appropriate) , the reason for the initial deletion was posting commercial discount codes / ad links / manufacturer contact info in the discussion forum.

When that was removed, the same info was reposted ... six more times.

Then, of course, started all of the public complaining.

If you are "posting on behalf of a manufacturer" , that is considered to be commercial content, which is handled in a different section on CPF.

Most of those "presenting independent test results" do not include "discount coupons" and ad links, in the very same post.

Hope this adds some clarity here.

And, my apologies to OP, but we'll close this thread (at least for now)

You should help Shockli to make an account...

How? Why? They have not contacted me or any other admin or mod. Why is it up to -US- to reach out to THEM? If they want a presence here on CPF and want to advertise, it is up to THEM to initiate.
