It costs essentially nothing to provide sufficient slots or holes in the charger cabinet for adequate air-flow. I've had to add stick-on feet to some chargers so enough air will find the bottom entrances. Some inexpensive chargers supply cooling fans so why do others sit, almost, tight against the bottom and get hot?
