I want to build some small (1.5" X 2" or so) arrays of 5mm leds(probably 6 leds) that will plug into the existing 12volt light sockets of my camping trailer. Where can I learn about the resistors needed to put 6 led's into this light, and how to wire them? Are there any downsides to doing this? I want to reduce the drain on my trailer's batteries during extended camping trips/
