Most carriers have a trial period during which you can get out of your contract. Suppose at the end of my old contract I switch over from Sprint to Cingular, and port my wireless number, but decide Cingular is not for me, and cancel. Do I still keep my wireless number if I go to another provider--or back to Sprint, say? Thanks.
