Maybe I will try LED Throws along with the improvement of lumen per watt of Luxeon or other LEDs.

Last night, I made a first shot of my 'portable module'(??) which uses 3pcs of 42mm Mirror Lens, 3pcs of SYAK (Lux-III) and 1pcs of Fatman (driven at 700mA) with 6V battery Lantern. The sky was rather bright with moon and we have aimed a star. Just have a look. I will continue this post with new pictures of LED flash light.

Thank you. I very much appreciate your work.

It would help to have as a standard, a popular LED flashlight long side of your LED light. It would also be interesting to compare your light to a well known incan. flashlight with fresh batteries.

All the best,
Rich

You need to put some T binned lux's in there, or how about "U"'s ? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif I like how flatt and thin that module is. Kind of deceptive that there is optics/reflectors in it. It would make one interesting "medalion" to wear around your neck and blind people with!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
