Luxeon binning summary

I've been maintaining a short summary of Lumileds AB21 for a while now ("Luxeon Binning" in my signature).

I've updated it one last time until the new Luxeons are released this summer.

The only signifigant revision this time is this sketch of the binning structure showing cool and warm bins on the same grid:


I lack the ability to overlay this image on a CIE color diagram, but I imagine that some would be interested in seeing the relative tints of the cool and warm bin structures.

Any takers? I've got the source in .DWG / .DXF ...

X bins are usally deemed unobtainium, but I know a few people out there have them, but They are all 5 Watts. U bin is about as good as it gets for the Lux IIIs.... For now at least.

note - the bins I am refereing to indicate how much light comes out of the LED, the above graph show the tint (what color light comes out) For example, a V1 would not be nearly as white as a X0
