SL twin task 2D

Hello! I'm a new entry on CPF ....I'm from Italy...and I'm a flashlight maniac!
my last flashlight is a streamlight twintask 2D (from allsparestools)....What do you Think about that?
Now I need some rechargeable D battery......can u give me some advices where i can buy and where there are some good prices??

Welcome to CPF, I'm from there, too.

If you are looking for D size NiMH, 10 Ah or more, there is no offer on the Internet here.
I have been able to find some at local electronic shops.
I have bought some other from Ebay, too.

For a good source in the US, check www.batterystation.com, who is one of the most reputed CPF dealers.

Just take a look at www.amondotech.com and their Titanium Brand batts. (11.000 mAh D-cells at 9.80 USD each!)
