Genuine Peak Solutions LED or not?

I saw this Peak LED solutions N cell light for sale on ebay:

He also sold this one which is out of the package and shows a better picture:

I've never seen one like it and the auction lacks a model name or number. It says it was made by special order, which makes me wonder. Any opinions?

Well, the box looks legitimate. Both my Matterhorn and Caribbean came in similar generic packaging, with a AAA runtime chart on the back of the literature. I can't comment on the light as the picture is tiny.
