Here's two with the guts hangin' out...

I was suprised how well Ti machines, interrupted cuts and all...even the interrupted threading came out really clean.

I had to rotary wire brush the o-ring seat, after blasting...the blasted surface actually gripped the o-ring, and made it hard to unscrew the cell tube from the 90 degree adapter.

If you take the lens and the internals out of that thing you could probably sell a couple to some head shops.

 TB, I'm readin' you loud and clear on this one.... :twothumbs SWEET lookin' light.

How did you make the extension piece? It looks like a couple brass screws in a delrin-type plastic?

Either way - SWEETNESS!!!

I'm still diggin' that spare/matches holder too - it'd be good for a wet camping trip. :D

Thanks for the nice compliments peeps...

Angle flood, SF style:cool: The KL4 looks to be a perfect fit:twothumbs

The angle block has 180 degrees of sweep, at the cell tube to angle block junction point. Lots of possibilities, maybe I'll have to change the design, and give the block a free 360 degrees of movement.

 Very nice!

How stable is it and when are you making a run of these? :naughty:

Not very stable, if it's on the tailcap...it's a very heavy light.

I don't have the machinery to produce this type of part, in any appreciable quantity.

:wow: very very nice pics!
I can see how the market will change with these 21st century Mil-spec angle head lights....
