All Pictures I post are taken by myself. It is the 2nd hobby I have :)

Some time ago I posted this Picture that shows both of my Hobbies

The Pentax lens and the HDS Rotary Titanium are both the same value. With the Pentax lens I had a really great time in South Africa in Fall 2019. Took tons of Pictures... Elephants, Lions, Hippos, …. was a great adventure. But showing this pictures here would be too offtopic...

When I have more time I need to update the HDS tint compare. But it takes some time to prepare all my lights...
There is an adventuring subforum for such things: https://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?198-General-Adventuring-and-Questing
Would be cool to see

Wow, I love the lens! I'm a Pentax and HDS fan as well! I only have a Pentax K-R and Fuji X100, currently though.
I was also starting with the Pentax K-r Long time ago. Moving to K30 and K50 and now I have two Kp bodies, a black and a silver one. Since I have the 11-18mm lens I also do not Need any additional lenses anymore…. at least that is the plan. :D

The 11-18mm lens is great. I used the "old" 12-24mm F4 for a Long time. But the 11-18mm F2.8 is sealed and together with ma Pentax Kp great. This camera has a High ISO capable sensor. ISO6400 can be used without any Quality loss, and ISO12800 and ISO25600 can be used with a slightly loss due to sensor noise. But with a filter most noises can be filtered.

Btw. here I have posted a few Pictures: https://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?468160-South-Africa-Fall-2019

Probably not... I just have a lot of resources. I am an international man of mystery.

I am pretty sure you will have a lot fun with your HDS. What LED option did you choose?

Crap. That took the post 2 months?
At the moment all international shipments are quite slow. Only a COVID infection is fast, no matter in what country you are....

Sorry if I missed it if someone already mentioned this earlier in the thread, but consider getting a holster. I've had my HDS more than a decade and it still looks like new because it's so well protected by the leather holster.
