    That's a lot more work than I expected. From my experience working with RC cars and other electronics; I know one unexpected issue or mistake can cost multiple hours of time. It's impressive how many lights you're able to mod.

    Summary:what was your 3 best flashlights purchases for year 2013?

    K40vn - Amazing throw and nice tint. Everyone is impressed when they see it. I took it to a lake and could see the light on a bank close to 5000' away :) UV module for an eagletac T20C2 - I've caught over 100 scorpions with this Xeno E03 with nichia 219 - Very nice AA light to keep around...

    Nitecore Chameleon CU6 (XP-G2 + UV + RGB)

    I use a 3W UV module in an Eagletac T20C2 MKII to hunt scorpions. I could actually use more power when trying to search outside at a distance. There's also a 5W module for this light, but it wasn't available at the time I purchased mine.
