    Got the AA's--- need the light

    My vote is for a Quark neutral or warm. This is the light that inspired me to buy a Ra clicky high Cri...that neutral beam is real easy on the eyes...and the lowest mode is really low, yet very useful when in complete darkness.:welcome:

    What are your "deal killers"?

    - those that cater to the mall ninjas with "killer" protrusions and sharpened "impaler spikes" - not efficient - cheap feeling and/or lax tolerances - loud pwm noise - battery type that is not handy for me to acquire i.e. cr2 - ugly to me:sick2:...i realize it may not be ugly to...

    Probably not going to go wrong with a LD01. Mine is the ss model and i like it. Covers general illumination well except for a low - low. This is not your Dad's penlight!:twothumbs Really loving those AAA lights! :welcome:

    AAA - with a low low and a reasonably high high, clicky would be cool, but i can live with a twisty, deep pocket carry clip option, and how 'bout a nice neutral white tint, maybe in titanium or ss too.:cool:
