    I have a surefire lego with different color HA coating. I want to have the entire light recoated but can't find a place to have this done. Does anyone know where to go? I'm open to different coating types.

    Thanks for the advice. I went with the 6 X NiMh D by titanium and philips 5761. I'll post some pics once it's together.

    I agree, it's tough to decide. I think I'm gonna go with ten 1/2D NiMh cells. Now I just need to decide on a bulb. My reflector has a 15 mm opening. Any suggestions?

    Could I use this (21AA >6D ~25.2V, for button top cells) and a larger bulb? Is this too much for the Mag D ican switch I bought? If not how big a bulb can I use?

    OK I found the parts. I just ordered a Mag D ican driver, aluminum reflector and glass lens. Now I just need to know what bulb and batteries to go with. I want it as bright as possible! Any suggestions?
