Anyone, how bright is it on primaries? Brighter than a Fenix P1?

I have the same set-up, but using an Edison Opto. I am trying to figure out why this set-up is super bright compared to:
1- brighter than my Wolf Eyes D36 170 lumen Cree
2- Brighter than my Pelican M6 with a Lumens Factory EO-9 incandescent
3- Brighter than any other modded LED lights that I have done.
Unfortunately I don't have a camera.

I have a "lill" or "mini blink" I modded with a Seoul. I was able to compare it to my D-mini, and it's just as good, and half the price.
I was also able to figure out that the reflector from my Golston fit it.
With the half-stippled reflector, it has an even tighter hotspot!

and this driver requires 3.6v rcr123 cell.Below that voltage the light turn out to be very dim.
