There wont be flashlight bans or anything. but what really angers me about this, is that this happened at a Salvation Army, where people are volunteering to help other people, and when one of these people goes to check on an item that was apparently donated, he gets blown up! What kind of sicko puts explosives into an object for random people to be victimized by?
