Overready M61NLLL (lovely beam). Couldn't resist picking up a G2ZL-OD at Dvor (if I had been on it sooner, I could've gotten a tan one. Meh.). I will put an M60LL in that one. Thrunite TI. Time to pick up more AW 17670 cells.

Just picked up a Fenix TK12 to replace the Malkoff MD2 as a bike light. There's nothing wrong with the Malkoff, I just got sick of taking it off everytime I wanted to go for a run at night, plus the TK12 has a tighter beam which is what I'm after anyway.

Also picked up a Fenix PD20 R5 to replace the Quark AA2 Tactical in my EDC bag. Again, I got sick of taking it out of the bag everytime I wanted to use it around the house. So, the PD20 is the new resident in my EDC bag, which actally makes it a little lighter. Got about 50 CR123s I've had in the drawer for two years, time to use 'em.

Couldn't you just have put a M60 in the MD2? There are some good clamp bike light holders.

I cannot believe my wife managed to get darn near 50 people to post in this thread in an attempt to trap me!
It won't work though...I'd never admit to buying a Quark X AA2, and an ArmyTek Predator V1, and an Quark 123 2 Tactical, and a Solarforce MPP2, nope no way I'd admit to that.

Do batteries count? I bought 4 x AW IMR 18650 2000mah and 2 x AW IMR 16349 550mah batteries today, plus two waterproof cases to hold them.
May i ask where you got the waterproof cases from? Pics? Link?

thanks

My new Surefire LX2 arrived yesterday from LA Police Gear. This light is great, probably my favorite Surefire!

I used to EDC my surefire E2DL but I noticed that the sharp 'scallops' for self-defense skull smashing were beginning to cause premature wear on a couple pairs of pants, a jacket and even my car seat. I carried it in the corner of my left front pocket with the teeth up because the clip is only designed for lamp-up carry unlike the LX2 which offers both up and down carry options with the more versatile clip.

Anyhow, I'm definitely enjoying the new light! Cheers

Just bought a Streamlight Knucklehead. Very solid almost to the point of being too heavy. Very bright & floody. Head swivels on 2 planes, strong magnet + a hanging hook. Comes w/ the usual AC/DC charging station & a spare battery, also has a tube that accepts AA batteries if necessary.

Worked under dash & interior of car nearly all day on high setting & still left it on after I was done just to kill the battery. Nice light for that kind of work. Too bulky & heavy to hold on to for long but I like it.

I can't imagine how long this thing would run in "moonlight" mode.

Just bought a Fenix LD10, didn't like the new LD12's side button.
