i still close thursday how do i 100 percent know i own my home? im buying tittle insurance the agent hasnt even asked me to pay the good faith fee or what ever they call it. man i miss my dad having autism sucks in life in these cases

Make sure they hand you the deed to the property with your name on it.

Don't post any actual details about the transaction on the net. There's some title fraud happening out there.

The deed not only needs to be in your name as owner; it also needs to be recorded with the county recorder's office. Ask your agent who will record the deed. Usually the title company or escrow agent does it. An important detail.

well im. all moved in and still dont blieve its mine lol its so nice here well mhy home may be small and unfancy but the view is so pretty and the people are all so nice it was freaking me out at first but now iust enjoy it
