Do you make the holsters specially to fit each individual light, or are they all the same size? (sorry, I am a bit confused about this)

Can you make a holster with a space for a spare cell? (preferably by the side of the light, under the flap)

I am looking for a holster to carry an Orb RAW NS (18mm diameter by 45mm long) and a spare 14250 cell (14mm diameter by 25mm long - half the size of an AA cell).

It is the same size basically.
A diameter adjusts it by removable liner.
Length adjusts it by putting spacer, leather, cloth, etc.

However, I can make it with limitation to size of just at like HDS.
However, as for the CR2 type, a short type (RAW NS) is not a nickel beltclip's size. In that case, it is typed a lower picture.

When you say "limitation to size" I think that you mean you can make one which would only fit a RAW NS - this is exactly what I'm after. Your picture shows a holster with a fixed belt loop - so long as it will fit a thick 1.5 inch belt that is great. Could you make the top flap shorter to be a closer fit to the light?

Yes that is the format that I was thinking of. I would like a flap over the top of the cell, either a seperate one or the same one that covers the light. It looks like you used thinner leather for the cell holster, if you made a small flap of that perhaps it could secure with Velcro rather than the magnet. (this would give it a nice, neat look)

Size of a belt is 1 inch (27mm). non belt clip type ok?

I thin a pipe if only for ns, and are you hope at size compact as possible?

I want something like this (my drawing is nearly as bad as my Japanese);

Like http://mav.nifty.com/ahp/textview.cgi?kazuroom+28902+28, but with a flap over the cell. I suggest magic tape instead of a rivet on the flap to make it more compact.
I would like the holster as compact as possible - to match the light.

Non belt clip (belt loop) is fine, but I need it to fit on a 1.5inch belt (39-40mm). Maybe you could make the loop bigger by fixing it like in my sketch?

I am glad you understood "Velcro", the only other name I could think of was "hook and loop tape" - even harder to translate I think!
