I believe it is, though I'm not sure where he got such nice deep blue ones, the ones I found were pale blue at best. The light ships with black Viton rings currently.

Locked means I have the components and the options are locked in.

I'm looking into getting some fluorosilicone o-rings.

well if it's possible to have the front O ring in flurosilicone, and around elsewhere on the light, then great!,....add that option on!.
flurosilicone all over.

I would keep the black tail boot cover I guess.
I believe gunga can assist with the flurosilicone o rings or Jason hui from Prometheus lights can help!.

Also can the clip be flamed finished?.
