I wanted the same thing, and today, after reading post on several forums and watching a couple of youtube videos, the choice was made.

Zebra light sc600 with 750 lumens.

It set me back 100 dollar, but I can`t wait to lay my hands on it :)

Nice choice, the SC600 looks like a sweet light!

This week i got my Zebra, and my Fandyfire HD 2011.

The Zebra is a very, very nice light, bust costs 100 dollar.
Fandyfire is only 18,10 dollar at Dealextreme.

I will not carry the Zebra to work, but use the Fandyfire there.

It`s pretty close to the Zebra in size and lumens, so Fandyfire is one of my best buys !

* a good P60 host - for price and quality You think is appropriate for You (clones, "bored" Surefires, overready parts, moddoolar, ...)
* a multimode XM-L P60 insert from member nailbender (custom & modified Sub-forum)

+2

I've been going this route lately with different drop ins from nailbender, and I'm always impressed with the outcome of my light (compared to my XT11, which I also like).

In case you haven't made your purchase yet, I'd highly recommend the xt11 also. Great light and true one-handed operation that meets all your criteria.

My main light now is an Eagletac G25C2 set to run on one Eagletac 18650 (3100 mAh Li-ion) battey; I also use the 'flip up' Eagletac diffuser. :thumbsup:

SC600 has a lot of flood.. Didn't care for that much.
