What is wrong with my UltraFire charger?

I've got a Ultrafire charger and it was working well until recently. What ever battery I put into it like the 18650 from AW or ICR 123 from AW the charger never shows green light any more.
After several hours the green light would be on indicating the batteries have been fully charged but the green lights never turn on any more.
I'm scared of getting them over charged. I've had my 18650's on charge for four hours now and they still haven't charged according to the light indicator.
I bought this charger from 4sevens couple of years ago.

throw it away. my trustfire multi charger also won't turn green! (broken in less than 1 week )
