I found the thread on the Xeray Moab whilst browsing the forums.

Was there any result?

the original thread ends with people still hoping it got delivered.

The XeRay 50/70 (XeVision/Lemax joint effort) is alive and well, just look at the website (www.xevision.com) or the current and very active thread here. The MOAB is on the "back burner".

A 50W, 70W, and 250W, that's so cool, but do you guys see yourselves going anywhere in between 70W & 250W in the future?

Yes, possibly 125 or 150. Suitable (high quality) "off the shelf" bulb availability is the biggest limiting factor.
One more note: the current 50/70 watt is likely the most powerful practical handheld self contained searchlight power level. This due to size, weight constraints and battery life (energy density).
The market beyond this is quite limited for a production product.
