HI I'm looking for a P60 drop-in reflector that gives the most throw an tightest beam. Just the reflector. It has to be a screw-in so that I can change it with my "spill" reflector. Any help is welcome.

DX SKU5937 does the trick. I put one together with their 800mA driver and Cree Q5 emitter and it throws really well. As we all know that a smooth reflector will throw better than a textured one.

It's not a huge difference over the usual textured reflectors and the beam is not as pretty, but is the only way to go if you want the absolute amount of throw out of a reflectored P60LED module. Maybe someone will come out with an aspheric P60 dropin, but somehow I doubt it...

I also doubt this. It'd be tough to find a lens with a short enough FL and small enough dia. And both a short FL and small dia reduce throw.

If you have a Q5 LED? You can buy the smooth reflector from Dereelight which will tighten the beam and have more lux. That should do the trick as this is the setup i currently have with my Surefire 6P.
