Setting up LED Strips

Hi,

Only new to this forum so apologies if this is being posted in the incorrect section, I bought a set of LED Strips consisting of 3 strips. Although they arrived and have to be connected up by myself. I am not to good at any of this stuff so it has me rightly confused. I have attached a picture of what I have received and would be grateful if somebody could assist me in telling me how to connect these up with the help of pictures of links to what I require.

You need to use a picture hosting site (I.e. Photobucket) and use the img link to post pix on the forum.

Any details you can give on the strips would help also (LED type, color, white, rgb, voltage, etc.)
