Can someone give me some information on Duraloops? What they look like or how and where I can find them? Yes I did a search. :p

People have generally been buying "Duraloops" when eneloops are not conveniently available. The advantage of Duracell Pre-Charged is they are more readily found in regular B&M stores where eneloops are not, although not necessarily any cheaper then eneloops would be. Just make sure they have the white top and say "made in Japan".

Can you tell they are made in Japan through the blister packaging?

Oh and one more question, Is the charger that comes with them in the package deal any good? I don't have allot of money especially to spend on chargers.

Avoid the "value charger" (model CEF14) and 15-minute chargers. If you get the CEF23 series you will be fine. It is a smart charger and charges batteries individually instead of in pairs.
