Yeah I seen these. I guess while I am looking for these in the store. I see them allot in stores like Walmart and Target. Look for the precharged Duracells made in Japan?

People have generally been buying "Duraloops" when eneloops are not conveniently available. The advantage of Duracell Pre-Charged is they are more readily found in regular B&M stores where eneloops are not, although not necessarily any cheaper then eneloops would be. Just make sure they have the white top and say "made in Japan".

Oh and one more question, Is the charger that comes with them in the package deal any good? I don't have allot of money especially to spend on chargers.

Avoid the "value charger" (model CEF14) and 15-minute chargers. If you get the CEF23 series you will be fine. It is a smart charger and charges batteries individually instead of in pairs.
